Great location near the city center and public transportation. the staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. the complimentary breakfast had a good selection of food and coffee to start the day.

The room was a bit small for our liking and could use a upgrade in terms of decor. the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy and struggled to keep up with the heat.

The room security was terrible the lock on our door could easily be opened even thought it was locked. Some guy opened our door while I was watching TV not sure whether he was hotel staff or not he did have a walkie talkie. Due to the lack of security to our room we had to stay inside during our stay, lucky it was for 1 night only. On the day of checkout the reception staff tried to charge us more than quote price for the room rate. The hotel had not updated their Mini Bar price in the book hence again trying o over charge on these items. I wouldn't even recommend it for the budget/backpacker traveller.

I stayed in much better hotels for half the price of this one.

The hotel did not have some of the services that other hotels at a cheaper price offered such as a room safe. Only 1 computer. Poor plumbing and fixtutes in our bathroom. I expected better for the price.

Excellent room carpeting and furniture. Big, comfy bed. Helpful, friendly staff. Two air-con units. Big, spacious room.

The good thing is that the staff are friendly and they try their best to assist you.

Its just a bit noisy and the noise is not only because its in the middle of the city, but also by guest/anyone talking outside near the room area. It would be nice if the room could be upgraded with some sound proof features.

The room carpeting and furniture were really nice, and the bed was big and comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. The hotel's location was also great, it was close to many points of attraction and we never felt too far away from anything we wanted to do.

The noise levels were not up to par. We could hear everything from outside and it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

This hotel's location near the airport was perfect for my short stay, as it was only a few kilometers away. Additionally, the transportation facilities surrounding the hotel were very convenient. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet that had great street views. The staff members were very helpful and friendly during my stay.

The lighting in the bathroom is inadequate.
